Salutations, all!

Things have been quiet on my end because I've been in the studio conjuring up new things (more on that soon) but I wanted to let everyone (and especially those folks in the Los Angeles area) know about my show opening tonight at Thinkspace. 

I'm delighted about the works in this show.  My everyday world was in a lot of flux this summer but I was able to really dig deep into the new realms that were unfolding as I was exploring Waterways.  I feel like I am inching closer to being able to realize (both mentally and tangibly) and flesh out the world of these creatures.  I suppose what I really mean to say here is, the pieces in this show are the result of a lot of exploration and fortuitous rabbit-hole-falling, and I'm excited to be able to share them with you.

fight for flight

Happy New Year, all!

I just wanted to post quickly to let y'all know about a show I'll be in that opens on Friday at Thinkspace in Los Angeles.  I'm really excited to be a part of it-- it's called Fight For Flight and it benefits API for Animals to help publicize National Bird Day.  It will be up Friday, January 4 through Saturday, January 5. If you aren't able to make it out to LA the show will be online at Thinkspace. I hope that those in the LA area will be able to make it, it looks like it will be a lot of fun (and there are some fantastic artists involved!)

The pieces of mine that will be there are Walkies and Preflight.
