jive katze

Hey, folks.  Hope that everyone had a fantastic holiday (if you celebrate) and that everyone is gearing up for a fun New Year's.  I and my S.O. are the proud new owners of a Honda Fit-- huzzah!

Meant to be a (very) loose interpretation of what a jive katze would look like-- obviously he's a bit more catfish than cat.  I like the thought of a (drunken?) lilting promenade around in a beastie like him... lemme on! 

I'll be updating with more new paintings soon, I have a couple of things on my desk at the moment that are about to be finished. (currently a bit slowed down by work & a nasty sinus infection.) 

At any rate, I hope everyone will have a stellar NYE.  Here's to 2008!
